An experienced chemist who has developed a broad chemical knowledge during their undergraduate and post graduate studies whose skills include everything from organic/inorganic synthesis through to using molecular modeling software to produce molecular dynamics simulations. The skills that they have gained during their studies includes; synthesis and purification in both organic and inorganic chemistry, characterisation of compounds using a range of analytical techniques including NMR, X-ray chrystallography and mass spectroscopy and developing self study skills that include the use of various databases to both reinforce taught modules and as part of writing up experimental reports.
