I have recently completed a chemistry PhD, specialising in the Ring Opening Polymerisation and the synthesis of biodegradable polymers using lanthanide metal complexes. I am looking to secure a research and development position or similar, preferably in sustainable or environmental science, to utilise my current valuable synthetic skills and knowledge. I am also looking to further develop my practical skills in an industrial environment and express my interest for novel science and innovation. My eventual career goal is to continue research and development within sustainability and environmental science, and actively contribute to the success of the business I work for.
