This candidate has recently graduated her degree with a 1st class grade and is definite in their decision about sales being the path for them! They have worked in jewellery sales for the past few years part time, which has given her a grounding in how to sell, how to build value, how to deal with sales objections and how to build trust around what can be very high purchase prices. She has an outstanding scientific grounding to then add to this and is motivated by the opportunity to accelerate revenue and provide commercial and technical support to customers. She interviews very well and presents professionally, I think she has a bright future in sales and look forward to introducing her to our clients!
