This candidate is an accomplished sales leader, currently Sales Manager at a speciality chemical company and has over 15 years of experience in the chemicals industry. They specialise in business growth and customer integration within chemistry, leading a wider team of Busienss Development Professionals. 

They have a proven track record of increasing customer value, driving new client acquisitions, and optimizing business processes. Their leadership and coaching abilities have directly contributed to enhancing team performance in the fine chemicals market. They have led their domestic sales team to high revenue growth and increased profitability, even in a challenging market affected by legislative changes.

They are developing and leading strategy in the business, leading a sales team that is mainly UK based (with 2 overseas), reporting to the CEO and also playing a key role in wider stakeholder interactions (Operations and Finance for example).
