Seeking c£150k OTE package (made up of salary plus bonus)

 

This candidate has extensive experience in sales, distribution, and technical account management, spanning over six years.

 

Their current role is Senior Sales Manager, where they have been responsible for sales planning, product management, marketing and market penetration activities across multiple regions in the UK and Europe.

 

Their duties include managing Key Accounts, across various chemical areas ensuring distribution networks are efficient, and managing a group of direct reports in the sales team to drive revenue growth. Following many years of success in this role they are seeking a move into a higher level function in the business for example Commercial Director.

 

Previously they have operated as Sales Manager for where they led sales efforts in these key chemical sectors, managing relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and developing promotional strategies. This role has expanded into a European wide role.

A background in sales initiated with their serving as Technical Account Manager at a commodity chemical / fine chemical company which provides specifical specialised chemical solutions, synthesising and delivering fine chemicals.  

 

In this role they provided client technical support, managed accounts, and handled project management duties related to sales growth. This role also involved collaborating with internal teams of scientists and wider colleagues to deliver chemical projects and ensure technical requirements were met.
